Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Account Executive to drive greenfield new business development within the mid-market segment. This remote role is ideal for a self-starter with experience in cybersecurity or AI-based solutions, who thrives in building relationships from scratch and closing new logos in an untapped territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and close new mid-market accounts across the East or West Coast
Develop and execute outbound strategies to build pipeline in greenfield regions
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with a focus on Mid-market accounts
Collaborate with marketing, SDRs, and product teams to tailor outreach and messaging
Accurately forecast and report on pipeline and performance
Requirements:
7+ years of B2B sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or AI-based tech
Proven success in new business/greenfield or outbound sales roles targeting mid-market
Solid understanding of the cybersecurity buyer journey and key pain points
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote-first environment
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Based on the East or West Coast, with some travel as needed
