About Our Client

Our client is a high-growth Series A startup backed by top investors, building enterprise solutions that transform how global organizations operate. Their clients are Fortune 1000 companies, and they partner directly with executive leadership teams (C-suite) to deliver impact. As they scale, they are seeking a strategic Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps) to partner closely with the Founder and sales team to optimize the GTM engine and accelerate growth.

The Role

As the first dedicated RevOps leader, the Director will design and implement the systems, processes, and insights that empower the sales and GTM teams to scale efficiently. This individual will work directly with the Founder, Sales leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to ensure predictable revenue growth, operational excellence, and executive-level visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • GTM Strategy & Alignment
    • Partner with the Founder and Sales leadership to define and optimize the GTM motion for enterprise clients.
    • Align sales, marketing, and customer success around shared KPIs and processes.
  • Revenue Operations Infrastructure
    • Own and optimize the CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) and related GTM tech stack.
    • Build scalable processes for pipeline management, forecasting, account scoring, and reporting.
    • Implement sales enablement tools and playbooks tailored for C-suite engagement.
  • Data, Insights & Forecasting
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for the executive team and board.
    • Provide data-driven insights into pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
    • Establish and enforce data hygiene standards across systems.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement solutions for efficiency.
    • Support pricing, compensation, and incentive design for the sales team.
    • Drive continuous improvement in GTM productivity and execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Marketing on lead generation and campaign attribution.
    • Support Customer Success in upsell/renewal motion and client health metrics.
    • Provide the Founder and leadership team with revenue strategy input for board reporting and fundraising.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM strategy roles; at least 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise startup (Series A-C).
  • Strong track record building RevOps foundations from the ground up.
  • Deep expertise with CRM and GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clari).
  • Analytical mindset with advanced skills in forecasting, pipeline analytics, and data visualization.
  • Comfortable working directly with executive leadership and presenting to boards/investors.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment and can balance strategic and tactical work.
