Enterprise Account Executive | Banking/ Insurance

Extensive Travel: Up to 75% within the territory

The Opportunity

A high-growth enterprise software company is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business within the Banking/ Insurance sector. This is a individual contributor role focused on managing complex sales cycles, building strategic client relationships, and closing high-value deals across large U.S. banks, credit unions, and financial institutions.

This opportunity requires extensive travel, approximately 75% throughout the territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Drive new logo acquisition across banking and financial services clients
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate enterprise accounts
  • Engage senior stakeholders (CIOs, COOs, CFOs, Heads of Lending/Operations) with a consultative, solution-oriented approach

Sell a suite of enterprise solutions including:

  • Loan Origination Systems
  • Digital Account Opening
  • BPM, ECM, Case Management
  • Low-Code and Hyper-Automation Platforms
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consulting partners to strengthen deal execution
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 6 -10 years of enterprise software sales experience
  • Strong track record in complex deal execution and new business generation
  • Experience selling to large U.S. banks, FIs, credit unions or insurance
  • Deep familiarity with banking technology solutions and financial services workflows
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and influence multi-stakeholder buying decisions
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Bachelor’s degree required
