Head of Global Supply – Travel Tech

📍Location: Flexible | 💼 Full-time | 🌍 Global Scope

Our client, an innovative travel tech scale-up backed by leading investors, is on a mission to redefine how travelers access and book accommodations. With a growing global footprint, they’re hiring a Head of Global Supply to own and scale their supply ecosystem across key markets.

This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments and knows how to build, manage, and optimize global supply at scale.

✈️ What You’ll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end global supply strategy across all markets (North America, EMEA, APAC)
  • Lead and scale a cross-functional team spanning supply acquisition, partner success, and operations
  • Develop frameworks for market prioritization, performance optimization, and partner onboarding
  • Partner closely with Product, Commercial, and Marketing to drive a world-class partner experience
  • Bring data-driven thinking to streamline acquisition, retention, and pricing strategies

🌍 What You’ll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in supply, commercial, or marketplace leadership roles – ideally in travel, hospitality, or marketplace tech
  • Experience managing large global teams and multi-region expansion strategies
  • Proven track record of scaling supply-side operations in a high-growth, cross-functional environment
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on operational execution
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Experience working in or with companies like Expedia, Airbnb, Booking.com, Hopper, or similar is a plus
