Position Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Director to lead greenfield new business development across the Eastern U.S. This remote role is ideal for a proven sales leader with strong cybersecurity industry expertise and a passion for building from the ground up. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers, building and managing a high-impact sales team, and shaping go-to-market strategy in an untapped region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new logo acquisition and enterprise sales across the East Coast

• Build and lead a regional sales team as business grows

• Develop and execute greenfield sales strategies aligned with company goals

• Cultivate relationships with key enterprise stakeholders and C-level executives

• Report on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends

Requirements:

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or related tech industry

• Proven success in greenfield business development

• Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams

• Deep understanding of cybersecurity landscape and buyer personas

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

• Based in the Eastern U.S. and able to travel as needed
