Job Title: Sales Manager – Travel Tech (Remote, USA)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and ambitious Sales Manager with a strong background in travel technology, agencies, or suppliers. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and the drive to grow into a senior leadership position. You will play a key role in accelerating our growth across the U.S. market, owning the sales process from strategy to execution, and developing into a future leader with support and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business and revenue growth across the travel sector (agencies, suppliers, platforms)
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
Develop strategic outreach and follow-up plans tailored to industry stakeholders
Provide market feedback and insights to shape future growth and go-to-market plans
Prepare for future leadership responsibilities through hands-on training and mentorship
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in travel tech, travel agencies, or supplier partnerships
Strong understanding of the travel ecosystem, including distribution, booking platforms, or travel SaaS
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness and eagerness to grow into a senior or leadership role in the near future
Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
