Accounts Services Manager- Finance

Job Overview:

We are recruiting for a 3 months fixed contract. The Accounts Services Manager will oversee a core finance operations team responsible for managing day-to-day processes across accounts receivable, accounts payable, operational expenses, and financial controls. The successful candidate will bring both structure and agility to the role, balancing high-level oversight with hands-on involvement.

This is a key leadership position requiring experience in managing finance teams, implementing controls, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team managing receivables, payable, reconciliations, and operational claims.
• Monitor financial processes and ensure compliance with internal standards and cut-off time lines.
• Provide guidance on business related declarations, fee invoicing, and concessions handling.
• Ensure accurate month-end reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger integrity.
• Maintain control over banking processes and ensure reconciliations are completed.
• Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and help drive automation and efficiency.
• Support audit processes and implement recommendations to strengthen internal controls.
• Mentor team members and foster a results-driven, collaborative work culture.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must hold a BCom Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in a finance leadership role
• Experience managing teams in high-volume transactional environments
• Solid working knowledge of accounting systems and month-end procedures
