Implementation Consultant – Accounting Systems

We are recruiting for a growing software company in Cape Town and we are on the hunt for a hands-on, finance-savvy Implementation Consultant to lead accounting system roll outs for clients. If you are passionate about financial systems and love translating accounting processes into practical tech solutions, we want to talk to you!

What we are looking for:

• Qualified Accountant or finance professional with strong operational accounting experience.
• Proven experience with platforms like Pastel, Sage, Zoho, Acumatica, or other accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong communication and consulting skills.
• Ability to manage the full implementation life cycle: scoping, configuration, training, and support.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-impact role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of accounting systems
• Work closely with clients to map their financial processes and needs
• Configure and align systems to match workflows and compliance
• Provide user training, support, and documentation
• Collaborate with internal product and dev teams to ensure seamless delivery
