Statutory Reporting Accountant

We are looking for a detail oriented Accountant to lead quarterly statutory reporting, manage key reconciliations, and drive finance projects that support efficiency, growth, and compliance.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quarterly and year end reporting packs
• Draft Annual Financial Statements
• Oversee G/L reconciliations team and processes
• Lead and support finance projects, improving processes and reporting tools
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders like auditors and group tax

✔️ Job experience required:

• BCom or equivalent in Finance/Accounting
• CA(SA) qualification or CIMA certification
• 3-5 year’s experience at Accountant level
• Strong G/L reconciliation and statutory reporting background

Preferred:

• Retail experience
• Project management exposure
• Business process improvement experience
