Management Accountant

We are on the hunt for a Management Accountant to join a structured Finance team and work closely with the Finance Manager. If you are passionate about numbers, love turning data into insights, and want to make a real impact in a fast-paced retail environment, we want to hear from you.

💼 What You will Do:

• Prepare full monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Own the forecasting process and deliver high-quality financial projections
• Lead key aspects of project management across finance and the wider business
• Prepare results presentations and reports for Board-level decision making
• Dive into financial data and help identify opportunities, risks, and efficiencies

✔️ Job requirements:

• BCom in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent qualification)
• CIMA or completed articles and 3-5 years’ experience at accountant level
• Strong knowledge of management accounts, forecasting, and reporting
• Advanced Excel skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in retail or listed environments is a big plus!
