Order to Cash Clerk
Are you passionate about finance and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment? We’re seeking an Order to Cash Clerk to join a fast-paced finance team supporting multiple companies. This role is all about maintaining high service standards and ensuring smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales invoices and credit notes, process payments, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Liaise with customers and business teams to resolve queries efficiently.
- Manage customer statements, collections, and payment allocations accurately.
- Set up and maintain client accounts while ensuring tax compliance in transactions.
- Contribute to process improvement and collaborate with the wider team.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ year’s experience in an Accounts Department or Shared Service Centre (preferred).
- Knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated team player who can also work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; additional languages are a bonus.
