We are looking for a Packaging & Resource Manager to join our dynamic production and operations team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for coordinating personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure seamless production, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and manage resource allocation to ensure efficient and timely production.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, resource utilization, and process documentation.
• Generate insightful reports for senior management to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure seamless operation of all packing equipment, including CHEP, FM Crates, Pallets, and Farm Equipment.
• Build, train, and manage a skilled team to meet operational demands.
• Implement packaging strategies that align with product requirements and branding standards.
• Optimize packaging procedures to reduce costs and waste.
• Ensure packaging quality meets food safety and audit standards.
• Coordinate closely with Production and Quality Assurance teams to maintain high-quality manufacturing and packaging processes.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement.

What We’re Looking For:

• A results-driven leader with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in resource allocation, production, and packaging management.
• Strong ability to manage inventory, monitor supply levels, and anticipate shortages.
• Hands-on experience in maintaining packaging quality and compliance with industry standards.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
• Ability to work within a matrix leadership structure and manage diverse teams.
