What We’re Looking For:

· Relevant three-year tertiary qualification.

· 5+ year’s experience managing a medium to large facility.

· Proven success in delivering exceptional financial outcomes.

· Experience in the fresh fruit and vegetable industry is a plus!

· Expertise in regulatory compliance and operational systems.

· Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and mentor teams.
