Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer & CRO Specialist who is passionate about luxury travel, digital innovation, and driving results. With a minimum of 3 years of experience, including expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), web experience, and building B2B products such as booking engines, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our client’s goals. This hybrid role, with 3 days in the office, requires a fast-paced, proactive approach to delivering exceptional results for our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand identity.
• Lead the UX design process from concept to execution.
• Implement conversion rate optimization strategies to improve website performance and drive revenue growth.
• Design and implement B2B products, including booking engines, that meet client needs and enhance user experience.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and optimal website functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design, CRO, and luxury travel.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design and conversion rate optimization.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing CRO strategies and improving website performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
