Job Description: Mid-Level 3D Designer/Visualisation Artist (Retail Brands)

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level 3D Designer/Visualisation Artist to join a dynamic advertising agency, specialising in creating compelling visual experiences for leading retail brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their 3D design and visualisation skills, with experience in bringing retail concepts to life.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality 3D models and visualisations for retail brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with art directors, graphic designers, and marketing teams to create visually stunning and effective advertisements.
• Transform concepts and sketches into detailed 3D renderings and animations.
• Utilize software such as 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar to produce realistic visuals.
• Apply textures, lighting, and effects to enhance the visual quality of 3D assets.
• Participate in project brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for visual storytelling.
• Ensure all 3D designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 3D Designer/Visualisation Artist, preferably in an advertising or retail-focused environment.
• Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D).
• Strong skills in texturing, lighting, and rendering.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for post-production work.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
