Job Title: UX Designer

Location: Rosebank, JHB (On-site)

About the Role: We are collaborating with one of South Africa’s leading consultancies to build out key projects for their top-tier clients. We’re on the lookout for UX Designers who are not only skilled in UX design but also capable of challenging the status quo and driving impactful change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of UX initiatives, from execution to rollout, with a strong ability to work autonomously.
• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively and present your work with confidence.
• Design user journeys, create compelling visuals, and develop other critical artefacts.
• Gather and incorporate feedback to continuously refine and iterate on designs.
• Lead the facilitation of workshops with business and technology stakeholders to design user journeys for the MVP of websites and apps.
• Conduct secondary research and translate insights into actionable designs.
• Leverage your experience in responsive web and app design to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in UX, with a track record of delivering successful projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Expertise in responsive web and app design.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate across teams.
• Comfortable conducting secondary research and translating it into design solutions.
