Seeking a Head of Career Services for our e-learning and online coding provider.
You will be leading, executing and implementing the ATS in this role. Very technical driven and in-depth background of ATS systems and implementation thereof. Requirements
- Degree in HR Management or other relevant qualification
- 5+ years experience involved in a placement management function
- 5+ years experience in team and project management
- 3+ years experience working in Higher Education in a Careers or Alumni Department
- Worked with large pool of candidates – 500 and more at once
- Proven track record of high placement
- Relationship management experience
- Great verbal and written communication skills
