Head of Marketing

Overview:

A real estate development company that specializes in luxury residential properties is looking for a Head of Marketing. The company is known for its commitment to quality construction, innovative design, and providing a comfortable and convenient living experience for its residents.

This is a hands-on role; The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately drive revenue. Managerial experience will be advantageous as you will be the main driver and motivator of the Marketing department.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and drive growth.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels to reach target audiences effectively.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track ROI on marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to drive performance and professional development.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Master’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes
• Experience in property industry is a plus
