Performance Marketing Manager

Position Objective:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with minimum 5 year’s experience and someone that has great Financial Services, Insurance or Startup experience and good experience with lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise both internal and external channels to drive target KPI’s based on Quality, Cost & Volume.
• Have a strong understanding of the economics of the campaign – CPA’s, CPL’s, Budgeting, Conversion rates at various stages in the funnel etc. Looking for a data-driven approach.
• Building and optimising conversion funnels using Click Funnels, Leads Hook and related platforms would be a bonus.
• Understanding of additional channels such as Taboola, Adwords, YouTube & Outbrain is highly advantageous.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Relevant qualifications/certifications.
• Digital Marketing course advantage
• Paid Social experience bonus if you have Paid Search as well
• Proven experience and knowledge of lead generation campaigns across various digital platforms.
• Specific experience in the financial services space would be an advantage
• Platform certified preferred but not required.
• Entrepreneurial minded with a strong desire to succeed and take initiative and think outside of the box
• Hybrid Work Model. There will always be a desk available in the office, however, we accommodate remote work for 2-3 days per week and when required.
