Salary: R 30 000.00 to R 50 000.00 CTC per month (depending on experience)

Location: Stellenbosch (hybrid)

A prominent digital marketing agency is in search of Senior Paid Ads Specialist to join their fun and meaningful business. The Senior Paid Ads Specialist will manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, liaise with clients, analyse data to drive strategy and collaborate with the creative digital marketing team to achieve client objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Meta and Google Search ad strategies to meet client goals
• Create and manage paid ads campaigns across various platforms
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance
• Conduct technical audits and provide actionable recommendations
• Write compelling ad copy for Google Ads
• Set up and manage campaign budgets and bids
• Compile and present performance reports with recommendations to improve client ROI
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in paid advertising
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Attend client meetings, strategy sessions, and status updates

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in marketing or related field
• At least 4 years of experience in managing paid ads campaigns
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads.
• Proven track record in delivering performance-oriented advertising campaigns
