Job Title: Business Development Manager – Events & Exhibitions (Africa Focus)

With a strong footprint across international markets, we are expanding our reach in Africa and looking for a driven Business Development Manager to fuel growth and partnerships-particularly in Kenya and the East African region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive new business opportunities through strategic outreach to sponsors, exhibitors, and partners.

• Build and manage key client relationships across the East African region, with a focus on Kenya.

• Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential partnerships to support the growth of our events portfolio.

• Lead end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and managing renewals.

• Collaborate closely with production, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery and client satisfaction.

• Represent the company at high-profile industry events and exhibitions across the region.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of proven business development or sales experience, ideally within the events, exhibitions, or media sector.

• Strong network and understanding of the Kenyan business landscape-experience across wider Africa is a plus.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-starter with a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently.

• Comfortable working in a high-performance, target-driven environment.
