Branch Manager

As one of SALTS rapidly grow key accounts – we have once again partnered with a Leading National Facilities Management company who is looking to fill an exciting BRANCH MANAGER role in their PE branch.

The Branch Manager will drive the Operations strategy daily including strict control of margins and costs, build strong client relationships, manage assets, machinery and equipment, implement policies and procedures, Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans to name a few of the duties and responsibilities.

Ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Relevant Operations Management Degree/National Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the industry
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good problem solving skills
• Must be able to work under pressure
• General computer literacy
• Good communication and report writing skills
• Pay attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of the Health and Safety Act of 1993.
• Good analytic, problem solving, customer service skills

This opportunity is best suited to someone that resides in the Port Elizabeth area and comes from a Facilities Management background either in Hygiene, Cleaning, Pest Control or Landscaping (B2B)
