Customer Support Specialist

Stellenbosch Permanent ZAR120000.00 - ZAR150000.00 per month

Join a dynamic InsureTech company in the vibrant heart of Stellenbosch as a customer support specialist. You’ll handle general customer service tasks, provide top-notch support, and act as a liaison between customers as well as sales and claims teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general customer service inquiries efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional service and prioritise customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Accurately capture communication on the correct platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services.

    • Requirements:

  • Senior Matric Certificate; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • 2-4 years in client services, customer care, or related fields.
  • Industry familiarity is beneficial.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Knowledge of products/services to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • High standard of written and verbal communication.
  • Proactive in staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
