Sales Consultant

Key Duties:

• Follow up on insurance quotes provided to customers and assist them in understanding product features to facilitate their purchase.
• Engage with customers to assess their insurance needs and offer expert guidance on available coverage options, driving policy sales.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilise excellent communication skills to effectively convey insurance information and benefits to an international audience.
• Actively seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and foster long-term relationships.
• Stay informed about trends in the insurance industry, competitor offerings, and relevant regulations.

Shift: 11:00 to 20:00, Monday to Friday
