About the Role: As a Commercial Insurance Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying and securing new clients for commercial insurance. You’ll craft and present tailored proposals, manage policies with precision, and build lasting relationships that drive both client retention and new business opportunities. Your deep knowledge of insurance products, especially within Transport and Logistics, will be your key to success.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Business Development: Proactively network and identify potential clients to expand our commercial insurance portfolio.
• Client-Centric Service: Offer clear, tailored advice and maintain the highest service standards.
• Precision in Administration: Oversee all policy-related administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Relationship Building: Forge and nurture strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to foster loyalty and business growth.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and ensure compliance with all required certifications.

What You’ll Need:

• Qualifications: A Short-term Insurance qualification, RE 5 certification, and specialised product-specific training.
• Experience: A minimum of 8 years in the insurance industry, preferably with a focus on Commercial, Transport, and Personal Lines.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, sales, and administrative skills, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance systems like Flexi and Cardinal 360.
