Business Analyst – ERP/CRM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify process inefficiencies.
• Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and use cases.
• Support project management activities including planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Perform data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar.
• Experience with business process modeling tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Skills:

• Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail).
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
• Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar is advantageous.
