D365 BC Functional Consultant

Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant

What Will You Do?

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Client Engagement

• Gather and analyse client business requirements.

• Conduct workshops to understand and document business processes.

• Present tailored demonstrations of the solution to prospective clients.

• Assist in preparing proposals, statements of work, and scoping documents.

• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and delivery.

• Provide training and support to end-users.

Project Delivery

• Implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for clients.

• Lead and/or participate in requirement analysis workshops.

• Document functional requirements and specifications.

• Configure and customize BC based on client needs.

• Conduct testing and support client UAT.

• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot any issues.

• Work with technical teams to develop and implement customisations.

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Internal Collaboration

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and project managers.

• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Stay updated on the latest BC features and best practices.

• Assist in developing and refining internal implementation tools and standards.
