Enterprise Systems Implementor – SaaS Integration Specialist (Remote/Hybrid) – Johannesburg

In this role, you’ll work closely with enterprise clients across the globe, guiding them through tailored system integrations that power smarter, data-driven decisions. This is a unique opportunity to take the lead on implementation projects while collaborating with product, engineering, and client success teams to refine and scale internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate enterprise clients’ IT and system landscapes to design custom integration strategies.
• Develop scalable, secure data pipelines that ensure clean, reliable data transfer.
• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, from scoping to launch and post-integration support.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to streamline integration workflows and enhance product usability.
• Optimise workflows based on real-time feedback to continuously improve client experience.
• Provide trusted guidance and technical support to clients throughout their integration journey.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in ERP, CRM, or enterprise systems implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Solid understanding of data structures and relational databases.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, or similar scripting/data manipulation tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (including automation and pivot tables).
• Clear communicator with a methodical, problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working with various enterprise technologies and third-party APIs.
• Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to ownership and accountability.

Nice to Have

• Background in IT compliance, audit, or general controls (e.g. SOC 2, ISO, etc.).
• Experience with SaaS tools in the risk, governance, or compliance space.
• Exposure to product development, tech consulting, or technical project management.
