We’re seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to bridge the gap between systems teams, business units, and third parties. Your mission? Drive solutions-whether improved processes, systems, or applications-to help our organization achieve its goals.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in finance and financial systems.
- Knowledge of business processes, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Business analysis skills: stakeholder management, workshops, and process development.
- Hands-on experience in system support, incident management, and quality assurance.
Preferred Experience:
- Online commerce, cash reconciliation, or treasury/finance inventory.
- Writing business and system requirements.
- SAP Finance or relevant ERP systems.
- Exposure to Agile/Waterfall methodologies and successful tech implementations.
Qualifications:
- Essential: Grade 12 and relevant IT/Business/Finance degree or diploma.
- Preferred: Project Management Certification.
Skills:
- Strong analytical, planning, and critical thinking.
- Expertise in SDLC, process mapping, and integration.
- Advanced MS Suite and working knowledge of SaaS, POPIA, and UI/UX principles.
