Fiori and Mobile Solutions Architect

About the Role:

This role is responsible for driving the architectural direction and technical delivery of SAP Fiori and Mobile solutions across multiple business units. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business goals. You will also play a key role in stabilizing and expanding the newly deployed SAP Mobile platform while driving best practices in mobile technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead solution architecture activities for SAP Fiori and Mobile, translating business needs into clear technical strategies.
• Design, develop, and deploy SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5 and Fiori design principles.
• Deliver SAP Mobile solutions across the business, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
• Configure and manage SAP Fiori Launchpad, including role-based catalog and tile management.
• Integrate OData and Gateway services in NetWeaver and S/4HANA environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and functional teams to align technology with enterprise strategy.
• Ensure Fiori applications meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
• Contribute to architecture documentation, vendor assessments, and service improvement strategies.
• Assess emerging technologies and their applicability to evolving mobile and digital strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (B.Comm or similar).
• 10+ years of hands-on SAP development experience.
• Proven expertise in SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, OData, and SAP Mobile development.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP, PI, ETL, APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Experience with SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration and optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A passion for innovation and continuous improvement within enterprise IT environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience contributing to enterprise-wide architecture strategies and documentation.
• Strong analytical mindset with an ability to assess technical debt and recommend improvement plans.
• Knowledge of mobility best practices and trends in enterprise application development.
