* Proven experience (3yrs+) as a Flutter Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of mobile applications developed using Flutter.

* Proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter framework.

* Understanding of mobile app design principles and UI/UX best practices.

* Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.

* Understands software engineering principles and design patterns.

* Is proficient in database development, especially with SQL Server or similar.

* Is familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

* Has experience with source control systems.

* Can write efficient, easy-to-maintain code.

* Is good at solving problems and debugging.

* Has effective communication skills.

* Can work well in a team.

* Understands microservices architecture
