Are you a strategic change leader ready to drive digital transformation on a global scale? Our client is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Management Lead to champion the people side of change for complex, multinational ServiceNow implementations. In this high-impact role, you’ll shape and deliver change strategies, foster leadership alignment, and ensure successful adoption across diverse geographies.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead OCM strategy and execution for large-scale ServiceNow programmes
• Partner with senior leaders to embed best-in-class change practices and drive measurable business outcomes
• Design and deliver engaging, culturally tailored communications and training for multi-country roll outs
• Facilitate executive workshops, manage resistance, and build sponsorship in challenging environments
• Monitor adoption metrics and continuously improve OCM approaches

What You Bring:

• 5+ year’s OCM experience (3+ years with enterprise platforms)
• Proven success in multicultural, multinational settings
• Expertise in change frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills
• Proficiency with modern collaboration tools (Teams, Miro, Zoom, Adobe, Canva)
• Willingness to travel internationally
