Product Designer

Product Designer (Fintech | Remote | South Africa)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing fintech that’s rethinking how people interact with global money movement and they’re looking for a Product Designer who can bring fresh thinking, creativity, and structure to their digital products.

This is a chance to step into a small, high-performing team where design actually drives the product, not just polishes it. If you enjoy working end-to-end, owning projects, and turning complex financial processes into clean, simple user experiences, this one’s for you.

What you’ll be doing

• Design and refine digital products used across financial and investment platforms.

• Work closely with engineers, product managers and operations to map out user journeys and deliver seamless experiences.

• Oversee and guide a small UX/UI team.

• Manage projects from concept through to delivery and quality assurance.

• Continuously review, test, and improve existing products based on data and feedback.

What they’re looking for

• 2+ years’ experience in Product, UX/UI or similar roles.

• Relevant degree (Design, Engineering or related field).

• Strong understanding of UX principles and a solid design intuition.

• Able to define MVPs, prioritise effectively, and balance multiple workstreams.

• Detail-oriented, organised and self-driven.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in fintech or finance is a plus but not required.
