SAP CO Specialist

We are seeking a SAP CO Specialist with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting (CO) to play a key role in driving and supporting strategic business solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end design, configuration, testing, and deployment services for SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) solutions.
• Lead and support business-as-usual (BAU) changes using standard and custom SAP configurations, including Fiori apps.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP S/4HANA CO and advise stakeholders on technical solutions.
• Provide in-depth integration support across modules: FI, MM, SD, MDG, A4O, and various integration tools (iDocs, Web Services).
• Implement andoptimize:
  • Cost Centre & Profit Centre Accounting
  • Profitability Analysis (COPA)
  • Overhead Allocation & Universal Allocations
  • A4O Reporting & Fiori UX Enhancements
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and lead solution delivery.
• Conduct user training and documentation to enable seamless adoption.
• Engage directly with senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic planning.

What You Bring:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, or Commerce.
• SAP FI/CO and/or SAP S/4HANA certification (essential).

Experience:

• 6+ years as an SAP CO Consultant, including full-cycle implementation and post-go-live support.
• Demonstrable S/4HANA CO configuration experience.
• Strong exposure to Record-to-Report (RTR) processes.
• Proven experience with Cost Centre/Profit Centre accounting, COPA, Overhead Assessment, A4O Analytics.
• Deep integration knowledge with SD, MM, and Finance modules.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficiency with Fiori applications and A4O reporting.
• Working knowledge of MDG is an advantage.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, Visio.
• Experience with project tools: Solution Manager, JIRA, Confluence.
