What you’ll be doing:

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.

• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications.

• Create user stories, use cases, process flows, and other project documentation.

• Act as the bridge between business teams and developers to ensure alignment.

• Participate in and occasionally run agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

• Support testing phases and ensure solutions meet business needs.

• Spot opportunities for process improvements and help implement best practices.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in software development projects.

• Experience working in agile environments with at least 2 years in Scrum Master-related duties.

• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

• CBAP and Certified Scrum Master qualifications.

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
