We’re working with a tech company that quietly powers thousands of online businesses. Known for their reliability and strong customer relationships, they’ve built a reputation by doing the basics really, really well. Now, they’re looking for someone to lead one of the most important areas of their platform – the systems behind billing, orders, and customer accounts.

This role sits at the heart of the business. You’ll work closely with engineering, UX, finance, customer teams, and leadership to shape and ship features that support everything from onboarding to payments and account management. It’s not about flashy innovation – it’s about thoughtful, scalable product decisions that drive real value.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own the product roadmap across billing and customer systems, from idea to implementation.

• Translate customer and business needs into clean, prioritised requirements.

• Lead discovery work, helping the team break complex problems into clear product stories.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and deliver features that matter.

• Drive continuous improvements and make sure what gets built actually delivers impact.

What we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years’ experience in product ownership or product management, preferably in a software-led company.

• Strong understanding of operational systems like billing or account management.

• A natural collaborator who can bring stakeholders on the journey.

• Analytical mindset with a passion for detail and simplicity.

• Experience working in agile teams and navigating competing priorities.

Bonus points if you have:

• Exposure to Domain Driven Design or similar architectural thinking.
