What you’ll be doing:

• Shape user, business, and product goals through thoughtful design

• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs

• Present your work to internal and client stakeholders

• Collaborate with UX researchers, developers, and project managers

• Translate insights into user-friendly, beautifully crafted interfaces

• Ensure clean, clear handovers to development

• Refine and optimise based on feedback and data

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience in digital product environments

• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles

• A well-rounded portfolio that shows both your design thinking and execution

• Confidence working directly with clients and cross-functional teams

• Expertise in Figma or similar tools

• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and time management

• A collaborative, proactive attitude and ability to self-manage
