Senior SAP MM & SD (P2P and Q2C) Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM & SD Consultant to join a high-performing SAP Centre of Excellence team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best-in-class system design, configuration, and testing services across the SAP S/4HANA Procurement (MM) and Sales & Distribution (SD) domains, supporting both Procure to Pay (P2P) and Quote to Cash (Q2C) business processes.

This is a hands-on, functional role requiring a deep understanding of SAP system architecture, cross-functional module integration, and the ability to provide expert technical guidance across standard and bespoke SAP solutions – including Fiori applications and the latest SAP development tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment within SAP S/4HANA for P2P and Q2C processes.
• Drive the adoption and continuous enhancement of SAP MM and SD functionalities.
• Facilitate and manage business workshops focused on procurement and vendor invoice management (VIM), including tools like KOFAX.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and technical solutions.
• Provide expert-level support for ongoing Business-as-Usual (BAU) incidents and change requests.
• Maintain strong alignment with strategic objectives, architectural guidelines, and SAP CoE standards.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP modules: FI, CO, MDG, and external integration tools (iDocs, Web Services).
• Independently manage solution delivery with minimal supervision, while engaging senior management where necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, or Commerce.
• SAP MM or SD certification is advantageous (or equivalent hands-on experience in MM and SD domains).

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA P2P, Q2C, and SD modules.
• Strong configuration experience across procurement, supply chain, order management, and sales processes.
• Proven experience in master data management within procurement.
• Working knowledge of SAP Fiori apps, Solution Manager, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Master Data Governance (MDG) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communicator with the ability to work independently and under pressure.

Experience:

• 8+ years’ experience as a SAP MM/SD Consultant.
• At least 2 full end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in:
  • SAP Procurement & Supply Chain Management.
  • SAP Order Management, Distribution, Billing, and Pricing.
  • SAP Sourcing, Goods Issuing/Receipting principles.
  • SAP Q2C processes: Quotation, Contract & Sales Order Management.
  • Working in a BAU support environment.
