We’re partnering with a global digital leader that’s shaping the future of creativity and content. Due to exciting expansion, we’re on the lookout for an outstanding EA in Sydney to support 2 x senior executives in Strategy and Digital leadership APAC.

What You’ll Be Doing?

  • Be the heartbeat of the team – providing high-level, polished support to senior leaders and their fast-moving teams
  • Own the calendar – masterful diary and inbox management, juggling schedules across multiple time zones
  • Be one step ahead – proactively identify priorities and prepare your leaders for success
  • Plan like a pro – coordinate internal/external meetings, agendas, travel, logistics, and documentation with precision
  • Bring the energy – drive culture with team events, offsites, and creative engagement initiatives
  • Deliver flawlessly – from expenses to event planning, be across all admin with an eye for detail
  • Be globally connected – support international collaboration across teams in APAC and beyond
  • Make things happen – step up, speak up, and take initiative to get things done

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior PA/EA experience, ideally supporting multiple senior leaders (junior and senior levels encouraged to apply!)
  • A proactive go-getter with a ‘how can I help?’ mindset – nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
  • Fast, adaptable, and unflappable – cool under pressure and comfortable juggling competing priorities
  • A people person – confident communicator, great with stakeholders, and a natural at building relationships
  • Tech savvy: solid experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite
  • Passion for event planning, creative thinking, and adding value beyond the job description
