We are urgently seeking an experienced HR Advisor (at least 2 years experience) with outstanding stakeholder management skills & growth mindset and eager to build a lasting career within a reputable company. In this pivotal role, you will support an amazing Senior HR Leader to ensure seamless HR operations, with a specific focus on Employee Relations (ER) responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate employee on boarding and orientation programs to foster integration.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Support performance management through reviews and development planning.
  • Maintain precise HR records and ensure compliance with legislation and policies.
  • Assist in administering compensation, benefits, recruitment and payroll functions.
  • Collaborate on HR projects to enhance organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR Advisory role, managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
