We are searching for a HR professional with at least 5 years’ experience and has a passion for rewards and benefits and being involved with wellbeing programs with strategy.

As a dynamic organisation, we are looking for authentic individuals that enjoy working at a fast paced, align to the values and providing great ideas!

About the role?

This is an APAC role, where you will be embraced within the HR and greater teams with the following:

  • Provide general advice and support for benefits and well-being programs, including health, retirement, time off, and perks.
  • Work on some exciting projects across the APAC region for the business.
  • Respond to benefit and wellbeing queries from the Employee Resource Center (ERC) promptly and escalate as needed.
  • Build strong working relationships with various stakeholders, including ERC, payroll, HRBPs, Communication, legal, and site council wellbeing ambassadors, both regionally and globally.
  • Organize wellbeing events and benefit education sessions in the region, including drafting communication, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders, and hosting.
  • Contribute to ad hoc project work, including project management of smaller projects and active participation in larger projects, such as implementing new pension schemes, parental leave policy reviews, vendor evaluations, and wellbeing strategy execution.

What Will You Bring?

  • Your passion to provide support with rewards and benefits,
  • Have a highly analytical and agile mindset.
  • Touched on rewards, benefits and remuneration with your current experience would be desirable, however the client is willing to provide training and development for the right individual.
  • Experience with Workday, and solid knowledge of Australian superannuation is advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders across the APJ region.
  • Independent work ethic with always a focus on business improvement and efficiency

Benefits to you?

  • Initially a great fixed term contract (12 months) offering fulltime entitlements. If you rock, then you could possibility go fulltime directly with client. This is the aim is this!

  • Offering $110 – $115K + super (slightly negotiable)
