HR Business Partner – Fulltime

This role is both strategic and operational, where you will be the go to person in ANZ. This company is a global well respected Architectural Design company .

Reporting to the HR Global Director (who is based in Asia) who is new the business (great manager), you will be embraced with your skillset and strong stakeholder engagement. We are looking for an experience HR Business Partner with good operational skillset. You will have autonomy in Australia & you will be the ”go to person” for anything HR related matters.

Some of the areas where you can add value immediately are: –

• Support the Senior Management team in ANZ
• Be the ‘go to’ person for anything HR or ER matters
• Ensure best practice in HR all times
• Support Talent Acquisition attracting candidates for growth.
• Be involved with Annual Performance Management
• Contribute and assist in the development of L&D initiatives
• Ensure policy and procedure are adhered to

Some of the key criteria for this role are: –

• HR qualifications & diverse experience in generalist role
• Enjoy a diverse role and self-starter.
• Passion for HR operations, HR Analytics, & L&D & development of People
• Understanding of Payroll , as you will be supporting the payroll person (micropay)
• Solid understanding of best practice with legislation Australia wide
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of business stakeholders
