HR generalist

About the Company / Role

This global organisation is going through major growth in Sydney at their home bush location. With this scale up global company (well known), there will be an opening for a new HR Generalist (2 years’ experience required). Reporting to HR Management, you will be assisting with on boarding new hires assisting TA, and administration in to the portal, inductions and on boarding, learning and development, HR with their strategy and a whole range of things.

Some of the duties include and not limited to

• Provide administration and support to the Talent Acquisition and HR Team
• Provide support in the payroll process
• Support in L&D, maintaining records & training
• Supporting the TA function of the business
• Provide accurate, informed, and timely advice on HR matters
• Data entry and maintenance of HR database
• Support the end-to-end recruitment
• Discreet handling of confidential information and documentation
• HR project work where required

We are looking for an engaging person who enjoys connecting with a diverse range of stakeholders, can handle tight deadlines, got attention to detail and has worked in a HR role for 2 years.

This role is based @ Home bush with free parking, also there may be some flexible arrangement for the right person of working 1 day @ home

Offering $70 – $75K + super, This is a global company and all employees are offered a 12 month contract view to go perm afterwards
