A Digital platform company scaleup (100FTE to 150FTE 2022 forecast) has a brand new opening for HR Generalist in Sydney. This is a training organisation that have acquired two well established companies in Safety Training in Sydney and WA. Originating in USA, this company is looking to hire an experienced multifaceted HR Generalist (2-3 years’ experience) with a passion for this industry & experience..

Reporting directly to President for HR in the USA and MD in Australia, who are great peoples’ person, you will be the ”go to person” for anything HR related matters Sydney & Perth for now. They have established the foundations of policies and procedures; you will have some free reign to overhaul operations where required ultimately making this company a great employer in the future.

As an experienced HR Generalist (min 2-3 years’ experience, you will be able to develop your role as the business grows. Some of the areas where you can add value immediately are: –

· Talent Acquisition attracting NSW/WA candidates for growth.

· Support MD in Australia with operational plan

· Culture alignment with merging 2 companies

· Development of initiatives to enhance engagement of the talented team.

· Managing all HR operations being the trusted advisor on all matters

Some of the key criteria for this role are: –

· HR qualifications & diverse experience in generalist role

· Enjoy a diverse role and self-starter.

· Passion for Talent Acquisition, HR operations & development of People

· Solid understanding of best practice with legislation not only in Australia

· Excellent communication skills across all levels of business stakeholders

Initial salary guidelines are $100 -$120K + super (however scope of growth is exceptional)

Hybrid role, Prymont Office (Sydney CBD). As a global scale up and coming company, this role will develop with growth of the company.
