This energy company scaleup (current 72FTE) has a brand-new opening for an experienced, multifaceted HR Generalist (3 years’ experience) in Sydney for AU Operations. This organisation has growth forecasted in the short and long-term with great services and backing.
Reporting directly to the HR Director in NZ, who is a great peoples’ person, you will be the ”go to person” for anything HR related predominantly in Sydney & Melbourne for now. They have established the foundations of policies and procedures; you will be the expert in Australia for anything HR.
As an experienced HR Generalist, you will be able to develop your role as the business grows. Some of the areas where you can add value immediately are: –
· Talent Acquisition attracting NSW/ MEL candidates for growth.
· Support GM in Australia with operational plan
· HR, ER & TA generalist responsibilities for a growing company
· Development of initiatives to enhance engagement of the talented team.
· Being the trusted advisor on all matters
· HR qualifications & diverse experience in generalist role
· Enjoy a diverse role and a self-starter.
· Passion for Talent Acquisition, HR operations & development of people
· Solid understanding of best practice with legislation not only in Australia
· Excellent communication skills across all levels of business stakeholders

Salary guideline is $100K + super (however scope of growth is exceptional)
Hybrid role, Rydalmere Office . As a scale up company, this role will develop with growth of the company. Really genuine nice people and culture!
