What is on Offer?

• 12-Month fixed-term contract as they need someone who can flexibly hop into this role

• Start as early as the New Year with a possibility of extension or conversion to permanency after

What Will You Be Performing?

Our client is partnered with a digital media agency, and they require your support to act as the middle person between both parties for operational support, where you will:

• Own and develop quarterly motions, maintaining paid media spend, billing and forecasting models.
• Provide troubleshooting support for media accounts, enable and improve communication between disciplines, and liaise across teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with new team member onboarding or transition plans on an as-needed basis, providing clear direction on account set-up needs related to budget management and billing workflows.
• Assist with account-level QA needs to monitor the accuracy of billing inputs.
• Manage purchase orders to ensure budget and compliance standards are met.
• Identify opportunities to create efficiencies between all teams and evolve processes to enable dynamic and accurate delivery of campaigns.

• You are passionate about creating cross-functional processes while mentoring or training peers on best practices.
• You can apply strong attention to detail with a mix of quantitative and analytical skills (preference, not essential).
• Understands the value and challenges of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful, self-motivated, independent, organised with multi-tasking capabilities.
• Comfortable guiding peers, agencies & media partners.

What Will You Bring?

• 3+ years in a media billing role.
• Working for a marketing agency previously.
• Hands-on experience overseeing media billing and/or media reconciliation within platforms.
• Understanding of media planning/buying processes or client management experience is a plus.
• Bonus if you have experience with PowerBi analysing data and performance of each marketing channel
