Role Overview

This role is split into 3 main parts:

  • Manage and provide support on Procurement Contract Development for the whole Human Resources areas
  • Provide effective financial management governance and control for the Human Resources teams
  • Provide effective Accounts Payable and control for HR
  • What Will You Be Doing?

    • Provides advice and support on Procurement contract development and contractual matters, ensuring the whole HR area manages the process effectively and efficiently, maintaining a high level of service for internal and external clients.
    • Together with the Senior Manager of CHRO Office for the whole HR, ensures that effective financial plans and budgets are developed and implemented, including sound financial management and procurement activity to monitor budget performance
    • Oversees payments and invoice management, purchasing, Concur transactions for broad financial oversight of budget expenditure for HR and conducts processing payments for contracts-related invoices.

    What Will You Bring?

    • A minimum of 3 years experience in contract development and/or management OR relevant project management experience.
    • Computing skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI for word processing, spreadsheets, data processing, financial accounting systems and reporting systems
    • Good finance application experience with Ariba, Concur and Oracle

    • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult, negotiate, and manage relationships with a range of stakeholders.
    • As a subject matter expert, the job-holder will work under broad direction with a considerable degree of autonomy and will determine how their key accountabilities are to be carried out to achieve the goals.
    • To resolve complex matters related to their key accountabilities and collaborate with other staff on complex issues that might have some relevance to their key accountabilities.
