Are you an experienced Payroll Manager looking for a rare and rewarding role? Our client, a leading global manufacturer with a modern, innovative approach, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Payroll Manager for Oceania. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive management team based at Homebush and make a significant impact across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role:

As the Payroll Manager for Oceania, you will:

  • Lead a Talented Team: Manage and inspire a team of payroll experts both locally and through outsourced partners, setting high standards for performance and professionalism.
  • Drive Transformation: Lead payroll-related projects, addressing complex matters with expertise and driving business improvement initiatives.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with senior executives, white-collar professionals, and blue-collar staff, ensuring clear communication and effective resolution of payroll issues.
  • Solve Problems: Tackle payroll challenges promptly, offering expert advice and solutions.
  • Support HR: Partner with the HR team to enhance payroll operations and contribute to the organization’s growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive Experience: At least 8 years in a similar Payroll Management role, with a track record of people management and team development.
  • Excellent Communication: Proven ability to communicate effectively with all types of stakeholders.
  • Strong Leadership: Passion for coaching and developing your team, with strong leadership skills.
  • In-depth Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of payroll practices and industry standards.
  • Commitment: Loyalty and dedication to your team and the organization.
  • Collaborative Approach: Effective teamwork and decision-making based on best practices.
