HR Manager – Drive People & Culture Strategy

Based at Homebush 4 days a week (1 day working from home)

Join a leading brand as their HR Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the People & Culture (P&C) strategy while being hands on, and coaching and mentoring staff.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Manager or HRBP looking to step up and lead HR operations with a focus on strategy and engagement. In this role, you will:

  • Oversee all HR operations, including escalated ER matters, with a hands-on approach.
  • Drive the development and enhancement of the P&C framework.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Create and implement initiatives to boost team engagement and performance.
  • Develop and manage training and L&D programs to foster growth.
  • Coach and develop junior staff and stakeholders to build capability and alignment.

Key Criteria

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven HR qualifications and experience in a similar role, including managing diverse ER matters.
  • Experience working with creative stakeholders, especially in marketing or digital marketing contexts.
  • A passion for both strategic initiatives and operational HR tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian HR legislation and best practices.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for Talent Acquisition and people development.

What’s on Offer

  • Location: Homebush with free parking.
  • Hybrid Work: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home.
  • Salary: $150k – $160k + Super (negotiable based on experience).
