With major growth in APAC, there will be an opening for a new Procurement & Pricing Specialist (Construction, Property,
FM & Engineering industry Specialist) APAC.
Initially this is 8 month fixed-term contract and will be viewed as permanent after contract. This is brand new opportunity reporting to the Operations Category Manager APAC. You must have technical expertise in Construction/Property/ Engineering to align to the demands of the major capital equipment & construction procurement team.
Some of the Responsibilities
· Partnering all stakeholders, engages and collaborates with cross functional business for procurement & governance
· Educate, business case scope of works, propose business improvement practices effectively and with passion
· Analyse data to provide vendor opportunities for better mutual outcomes
· Be involved with short term and long-term strategy with construction division
· Implement and execute procurement strategy achieving great outcomes
· Support the category manage with contract execution
· Able to negotiate, partner with vendors and other parties to provide cost savings
· Streamline, be initiative-taking with projects in conjunction with the Category Manager and interconnected business units.
About you
We are open to applicants that have procurement specialist experience of at least 3 years preferably with either FM,
Construction & Engineering industry ad technical knowledge and experience with passion to provide exceptional service & stakeholder engagement. You will be results orientated and demonstrate a high level of ownership. Experience
in Smartsheet, power BI, Microsoft paces and SharePoint is beneficial
Benefits

Offering $90K- 104K + super (negotiable with experience)
